Growing up in a Christian family, Rob and his siblings were taught the importance of honesty and integrity at a very young age, and that’s how Rob has lived his life.
After graduating high school, Rob enlisted in the USAF and studied refrigeration and air conditioning. After completing his studies, Rob was deployed overseas and was responsible for temperature and humidity control in computer vans in support of SR-71 and U-2 missions.
After spending time in the Air Force, Rob spent many years installing HVAC, sheet metal and gutter systems in both commercial and residential applications.
During that time, Rob attended American River College and studied Business Management, Salesmanship, Horticulture and a few others.
Rob also ran a successful landscaping business in No. California from 1991–1996.
In 2005 Rob moved to Woodland Park Co. and was employed by Bristolcone Lodge and performed park maintenance and snow removal for 10 years.
During this time, Rob was self-employed as a handyman and also worked for Loesing Construction building homes.
Rob was also a PT volunteer with Habitat for Humanity building several homes.
Rob also served Woodland Park Community Church in many capacities including Children’s Ministry, Fix-it Tea, Firewood Team, VBS and special projects for 6 years before having to move to Arkansas due to an earlier back injury that caused him to be unable to work for a year.
In 2016 Rob was hired by Walmart where he still works today P/T, as he is semi-retired.
Rob also educates people about the importance of long-term health.
Rob has always had a passion for real estate, and it’s been his lifelong dream, and now with the help of his friends, Rob has the opportunity, ability, authority and knowledge to help those needing to sell their house in a way that best suits their needs.
Rob enjoys fishing, camping, the mountains, skydiving, waterskiing, kayaking, NFL and Nascar.
Rob also has 2 rescue kitties, princess and Daisy.
